Cancellation & Scheduling Policy

We want your spa treatment to be the very best possible experience, which is why your spa time is reserved especially for you. As such, we respectfully request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows will be charged in full for the service booked.

In order to ensure you will not miss or forget an appointment, we have a comprehensive scheduling system in place. You will receive a confirmation email when your appointment is booked, and an automated email appointment reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. An additional text reminder will also be sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please check your junk mail if you’re not receiving the emails! 

When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients wanting an appointment for the same time. When you book an appointment with us you are agreeing to these policies, so please be sure to read all the appointment reminders.

Please note that appointments requested online are not confirmed until they have been reviewed by staff. You will receive an email confirmation once the appointment is confirmed.
